The house is air-conditioned via a reversible ducted system. A laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. Baby equipment is available on site. One pet is allowed (subject to cleanliness conditions and a security deposit). A reinforced socket is available for charging an electric vehicle.
